What a fantastic memorie I have of Emmanuelle & Arnaud´s wedding.
Every year I love sharing a few weddings with other wedding photographers that I admire and that have a unique style. Franck Boutonnet is definitely one of my favorite wedding photographers in the world.
Not only I love his personal view in wedding photography and photojournalism concept, but also, at this moment I can say he is more than a photographer for me. He is my loco French friend, hahaha! And it´s always a pleasure to share ideas about photography and life with him.
Last year, Franck shared with me an incredible wedding in Edinburgh and this time he invited me to take part in a wedding in an amazing town called Chamonix in the French Alps.
Emmanuelle & Arnaud got married in Chamonix, a little town located on the slope of Mont Blanc. Sincerely, It has been one of the coolest places that I´ve visited in my life. They got married at the amazing Notre Dame de Toute Grace in Plateau Dássy and afterward they celebrated at maximum with her closest relatives and best friends at La Cabane des Praz, a gorgeous and romantic big wooden house in the middle of the valley.
The day started perfectly and Emmanuelle was marvelous. The incredible Laure Sagazan wedding dress was perfect for her, It only added more and more ingredients to have a perfect day. A day like that couldn´t end without drinking some of the best French wines in the garden of La Cabane des Praz and listening to the music of the party.
Heartfelt thanks to Emmanuelle, Arnaud and friends for being so close to me and giving me their enormous hospitality. Of course to my colleague Franck for helping and giving me the opportunity to live an experience like this one more time and no less important, thanks to my good friend Pedro Etura for helping me with the selection of this post.
